We are so excited that you are considering partnering with TheRiver.Asia Ministry College to sponsor a student!

A good quality ministry education is financially out-of-reach for most people here in South East Asia, but we believe that God has given us the keys to effective mission, so we want to bridge that gap. The program is all about raising up and equipping the next generation of leaders, giving them a ministry model to live by, and launching them into the destiny and call that God has on their lives. 

 

Students will live in Chiang Mai, Thailand with TheRiver.Asia team for 10 months. Through an internship model with a strong hands-on approach, our intention is for the students to participate in ministry, reach out to the local community, and experience the powerful things that God is doing here. We also partner with Alphacrucis University College to deliver a Certificate IV in Ministry & Discipleship. The program is scheduled to commence in early October.

We are seeking sponsorships for these young leaders of THB 205,000 / AU$8500 (either full or partial). This will include training costs, accommodation, food, other logistical expenses (excluding travel to/from Chiang Mai and visa costs). During the enrolment process, we will discuss with the students their personal, family, and church's ability to contribute to these costs. But we don’t want financial restraints to be the reason that they do not receive this important training.
